Spring Into Action ...

My "Spring Into Action" Top 5: 

I have been challenged to create a top 5 of things to incorporate into my life over the next 90 Days. So, in order to keep up with it I have put them here and will refer to them regularly. .

These are things I wish to add to my life or improve on over the next 90 days. My only competitor is myself. I rave against my current self to gain a healthier more balanced future self. And should you wonder about the Spiritual component. It's there, in every goal I can see through the eyes of the Spirit how it will help me move closer to the One who created me, and pull me into closer relationship with Him. I'll blog more about that later. 

1) Activity: PT exercises 

2) Health: water every day (I rarely drink any)

3) relax/restore: reading, I used to read a lot. 

4) fitness goal: be able to walk a 5k

5) non fitness goal: 40 bags in 40 days
